「Home was well stocked and had everything needed to prepare meals and be comfortable. The foosball and ping pong table were a hit. Woods are teeming with life and the lake is perfect. 「The property was very cute and actually being by the railroad tract was fun and different and the kids enjoyed it. I was worried about the noise from them but it didnt impact us. There was a plumbing issue (just the quirks of being on septic) but Kim was super responsive. We had a weddng near by and the location worked well for that. The immediate area doesnt offer much but a short drive into town and there's everything. Its definitely quiet except for the passing trains.」

「I was so impressed by this property. First, it was exactly as pictured in fact, the pictures don't do it justice. It is comfy, clean, and adorable. 「This is a nice house with spacious rooms, but we encountered several issues with regards to cleanliness. There were clumps of hair on the floors, in the pool, and even on the front porch. Items were left in the backyard from previous guests. Food was caked on various surfaces. The towels were rolled up neatly on the beds, but they were very damp. 「Jennifer property was perfect for us. It was about 20mins from the venue. Along with being 30mins from Arlington, Tx. 5mins from the local grocer, and great coffee. The property was clean, organized, easy access. Provided comfortable lodging would absolutely stay again.」
