- 5 bed/3 bath duplex home located on Silver Sands Beach with magnificent ocean views and full private beach access. Perfect for groups seeking togetherness and separateness with 2 separate entrances, living rooms, and kitchens. The first floor has 3 bed/2 bath and second floor is has 2 bed/1 bath. Our home is located in a beachy, family-friendly neighborhood with tons of activities to do! The beach is right across the street and there is a boardwalk at the end of our street which connects to a national state park. You will also find some of the best restaurants in downtown Milford and New Haven!
