Ffynnon takes you back to nature, with views across rewilded fields and a large pond. It’s truly a magical place to experience British wildlife while enjoying peace and tranquility.
This freshly renovated space provides the perfect environment to escape but with all you need to provide a bit of luxury! Located in central Pembrokeshire, Ffynnon is the ideal base to explore all that this beautiful county has to offer, while being away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots.
The space The main living space at Ffynnon is bathed in natural light, thanks to the 7m sliding doors and a large sky light. These overlook the nature pond, so sit back and start bird spotting! We’ve had kingfishers, barn owl, moorhens with their chicks, geese with goslings and even an otter! The doors glide open from either side, allowing you to fully connect with the great outdoors.
The kitchen is well equipped, so you can rustle up anything from a quick breakfast bowl to a full roast dinner! There’s also a dishwasher to help with the clean up!
The bathrooms and bedrooms are fresh, and the quietness means you’ll get the perfect night’s sleep.
There is underfloor heating throughout, as well as a log burner to keep you warm and cosy if you visit during the cooler times of year.
Outside the garden runs down to the pond but is fully fenced to allow dogs and children to safely enjoy the space. Please note that the garden is not yet fully finished - the grass has not completely grown and we are yet to plant any borders. Guest access The space at Ffynnon and fenced garden is entirely for your use. If you require outdoor storage we may be able to accommodate in the agricultural barn on request.
Our house is opposite Ffynnon but we will maintain and respect your privacy during your stay. Other things to note Please note that the garden is not finished. It is fully fenced but the grass has not grown in places and we have not yet planted any borders.
Access is via a long driveway, shared with 3 neighbours. It is mostly non tarmac but is well maintained - if you drive slowly you’ll be fine :)
There is a quiet bridle way running next to the barn. It is mostly regular dog walkers from the local village who are very friendly and respectful.
