"The staff did not acknowledge me when I arrived, walked right by me twice before I had to ask if someone could help me, and then he was incredibly rude when checking me in. The floors were dirty, the elevators both were dirty and gross, my room was very old and uncomfortable. Morning time, the staff ignored everyone and just talked with each other. The food was burnt, people had to continuously ask for plates/bowls/etc. where they handed paper plates and bowls through from the kitchen just putting them on the area the burnt hot food was. There was no condiments out for the oatmeal that was not cooked all the way. I stay at a lot of Hyatt Place's, and would not recommend this one to anyone."

"I didn’t like the rude front desk attendant. Cancelled my reservation after traveling for an hour. Was very rude when i asked questions on why my reservation was cancelled. Apparently if you book through a third party they casually decide to cancel your reservation and give it to some else. I guess this is what you get for trying to save a few dollars. She then lied and said she tried to call me and that i was supposed to call to make sure i was coming which is unheard and unacceptable. I ask what number was called because all my information is online and i didn’t get a call. She then admitted she didn’t call. I asked to speak to a manager, more lies stating there was no manager there on a busy Saturday evening. She then rage tried to rage bait me by telling me to have a nice day as i was leaving. Still haven’t received a call to reprimand this situation so I’m guessing this is how they conduct business. Zero stars DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"I wish I stayed another day if I had the time I would have. I had a small corner room. It’s kind of tiny, but it was fine. The shower was probably the best part and the bed was very comfortable. No complaints. everything was great. I wasn’t unable to use the amenities because of my schedule and I was there for a business trip but dinner was superb. The cocktails were perfect. My meal was perfect. honestly I would definitely fly back there just to eat at the restaurant."

"My room was gorgeous and perfect for the work day I had planned. The service was not what you would expect at a 4 diamond/4 star hotel. I was given the Hotels $20 meal credit and told I could use it on room service. Called room service multiple times and just kept getting busy signals. Called the Front Desk and also just kept getting busy signals. Finally called the resort from my cell phone and someone picked up. I was told that the only restaurant serving room service closed early that evening. No guidance or help, just that information. After inquiring I learned that the only food available was at a restaurant at the other end of the resort. I could not find the phone number for this restaurant anywhere; needed to call back and have the front desk person connect me. Ordered, made the long walk there and back, and discovered in my room that they had not given me what I had ordered. There was no way I was going to walk all the way back to fix it. The next day morning just before 9am there was a fire drill for the hotel staff - was thankful that I had not planned to sleep in. I was able to use the meal credit for breakfast, though they had run out of the item I wanted. Anyway, the room was gorgeous and perfect, which was what mattered most to me."
