Was a cosy little room, it was clean an well presented, the sign in Wi-Fi was a bonus the view from the balcony was cool, we didn't really need the staff help as it was one night only. Another bonus was the shuttle Soho Hotel had provided to get us fans to and from Metallica at Eden Park, it was loud and packed with fans. I will keep Soho Hotel in my address book for future reference. Thank you very much 👍

The female staff member who checked me in, the staff who kindly came to my room on the second morning to help me with the DND light, and the lady who guided me to the sauna were all very kind. I truly appreciate their hospitality.
