最高な立地！ミラノを存分に楽しめるホテル
ガレリアへ徒歩10秒弱という立地で、地下鉄ドゥオモ駅からも近く、どこに行くにも大変便利です。 お部屋も清潔で３泊しましたが全く問題ありませんでした。湯船はないので、シャワーのみでOKな方におすすめです。フロントでレストランを予約してもらったり、傘を貸してもらったりとスタッフの方々にも大変親切にしてもらいました。ミラノに行く時はまた泊まりたいです。

ドゥオーモからも、スカラ座からも徒歩２分、モダンな室内、窓からアーケードを見下ろす素敵なホテル。フロントの対応優雅で、今でも一人一人の優しい顔が目に浮かぶ。ミラノ中央駅からヴェローナまでの電車切符も手配してくれた。全てのスタッフは完璧！朝食も最上級！次回のミラノもこちらに泊まりたい。

最悪
３泊しましたがシャワー付浴槽で予約しましたが、シャワーのみであった。シャワーの温度調節が不良で途中で温度変化する。テレビもなくリクエストが必要だった。二日目で金庫が壊れてポータブル金庫を持って来た。ホテルがまだ改装中であった。食事もバイキングではなく注文スタイルであった。二日目からは近くのカフェで食べた。

Cant beat this location. Hotel fabulous, especially dining room ambience and view into Galleria, only downside was noise in Galleria late at night from people walking through because of echo in there….not the hotel’s fault of course.

An art lovers paradise! This place was like staying in an art museum! My room was very spacious, with gorgeous Instagramable views of the Galleria! The lady at reception, gave us some really great options of place to go, & eat in the area! I wish they had a full length mirror in my room somewhere. Also, was no iron in the room, so I contacted reception through WhatsApp and in 5 mins… someone was knocking on my door. This was amazing, because I’ve stayed in expensive hotels that, when you call downstairs, you still had to wait 20 mins for someone to bring you what you requested. All in all, I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel, & I wish I tried more of the food, & bar… however, what I did experience I was very impressed with! Oh yeah, my bed was very soft.. to those of you are concerned with soft beds, like my girlfriend is.

Friendly staff but 3.5 star hotel at best
I really don’t like to give negative reviews when the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the overall state of the hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. 3.5 star at best. It is honestly insulting to other 5 star hotels for this hotel to be in same category. AC not working properly. Room service has to be ordered by whatsapp? Very out dated facilities.

The only negative, is that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It was warm and hard to sleep. Some people from US might find themselves warm.

This is the third time I have stayed at here. It is the only hotel I stay when coming to Milan. You can not beat the location. But to top it off, it has the most lovely staff who are so friendly and helpful. I will be back again soon I hope!!!

I stayed at this hotel in 2019 when it first opened, and due to covid, have only just been able to come and visit again now. It has not changed and it does not disappoint. It location is amazing, the rooms are lovely - I have always had a view overlooking the shops. The breakfast is lovely and the artwork in the hotel, particularly the restaurant is just amazing. It is ilke having breakfast in an art gallery. The staff are very friendly and always helpful on both of my visits. I love the hotel so much that I am staying there again at the end of the month. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Milan.

Couldn’t be in a better area to see and walk to things. Metro convenient as well. Sometimes a little loud outside but it is a tourist area that has a lot of traffic.
