「La casa está muy bien, tiene todo lo que se necesita para la estancia, nos recibieron genial y la propietaria estuvo muy pendiente desde la reserva, se ofreció para indicarnos planes, restaurantes, muy bien El sitio muy bonito, está en urbanizaciones privadas, la piscina prácticamente para nosotros solos. El mar se ve por la terraza trasera Los contras son: Hay que coger el coche para todo , el aire acondicionado está en la escalera entre la primera y la segunda planta, lo que hace que se quede...

「The place was amazing, very modern, very spacious, all rooms cleaned to a high standard. Main bedroom with en-suite with a bath & a balcony. Large front garden & decent size outside space at the back. Everything you could’ve wanted was there! Lots of glasses, pots, pans, plates etc. perfect stay. If you had to get me to say a negative (& this would only improve an excellent stay) would be a small table & chairs on the balcony & space at the back other than that, there were no faults at all....

「The house is at walking distance to the town center and beach. The comunal swimming pool is excellent and parking space for one car is included. Overall, all went well with our stay and the host was very nice and responsive.」

「My husband and I stayed for one week at this property for a nice rest after a hectic two enjoyable weeks with family farther north in Spain. The view in the picture is exactly what you see from inside and sitting on the patio outside the sliding doors. We enjoyed our breakfast, each morning on the patio as well as reading a book or having a late afternoon drink enjoying the view. Was pleasantly surprised as space was larger than expected and the layout and orientation made it even seemed larger...

「We enjoyed our stay but what spoilt it was the extra charges not listed when we originally booked. This was for cleaning €102 and linen € 80 plus extra insurance. The air con upstairs did not work for 5 days and the younger members of our party had to sleep on the sofa as it was too hot upstairs. The cleaning of the place before hand wasn’t very good. The above points did not put us off from enjoying our stay.」

「The accommodation was everything we required」

「The owner of this property was extremely helpful . He even checked everything was ok after we had arrived, a nice touch . The apartment had everything you would need with incredibly comfortable beds . The property is located in a quiet area of the resort which we liked , but it didnt take long to get to the main shopping area , perhaps a 10 minute stroll . Its a 5 minute walk to the amazing beach . There is a little bar immediately opposite with the friendliest owner who served us free paella...

「Balance muy positivo. Lo mejor piscina, salón, cocina, Matias de RinconRent muy atento. Menos bueno..no hay parking se aparca en la misma puerta sobre la acera..todo el mundo hace igual y no pasa nada pero lo comento por si acaso. Por cierto el mumero es el 7 G en el anuncio pone 7C. Resumiendo: recomiendo en general y en especial a familias que quieran descansar y compartir unos buenos días de vacaciones.」

「深夜のチエックインでしたが、丁寧に対応して下さいました。暗かったので係の方が駐車場まで付いてきてくださり、カードキーを差し込む場所を教えて下さいました。 朝食はレストランでとることもできますが、フロントでパンを前の番に、注文すると、指定した時間に焼きたてのパンを届けてくれます。なんと、一つ1ユーロ位でした。 調理器具も充実しているので、何でも作って食べられます！ リピ、決定です。」
