⚠️ ATTENTION: Check-in is from 3pm to 9pm. We ask that any delays be communicated as far in advance as possible, as in-person reception depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed outside these hours without prior notice.



For everything to go smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and warnings:

⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be sufficient time for access to the property to be released. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.



⚠️ To ensure a smooth check-in and avoid waiting, please inform us of your expected arrival time at the accommodation. Our staff member responsible for check-in needs time to travel to the property.



⚠️ Noise is not permitted from 10pm onwards (Quiet Hours Law).



⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.



⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclables, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.



⚠️ When leaving the accommodation, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from your security deposit.



⚠️ Our check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00 and our check-out is before 11:00. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and towel change services can be arranged and paid separately. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.



⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.



⚠️ There is no daily cleaning service during your stay. If you are interested, please check with reception for availability of this service.
