Sehr schönes Hotel in Top Lage

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im genannten Hotel und auch diesmal war das Zimmer top, ebenso die Lage des Hotels. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt bedingt durch Corona nur noch auf Wunsch und gegen Bezahlung. Handtücher usw. werden jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist prima. Es gibt außerdem ein Bügeleisen, Staubsauger usw.

Pobyt bardzo udany. Obiekt bardzo ładny ,pięknie położony , obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna , zarówno w recepcji jak i przy basenach. Pokój dla dwóch osób bardzo fajny, super wyposażony , w fajnej lokalizacji - bardzo blisko morza.

Wir waren sehr entäuscht und werden bestimmt nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen! Der Service ist katastrophal. Schon beim einchecken wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Plätze zum frühstücken mehr frei sind. Wir sollen doch bitte bei anderen Hotels nach einem Tisch fragen! Nach sechs Hotels (die auch keine Plätze mehr hatten) haben wir nochmal nachgefragt. Nun bekamen wir feste Uhrzeiten gesagt, zu denen wir im Restaurant erscheinen sollen. Das taten wir auch. Nur waren dort lange Schlangen und nach 45 Minuten bekamen wir einen Tisch. Dann das nächste Problem! Das Buffet war fast alle und die Gäste warteten über eine halbe Stunde auf etwas zu essen. Trotz vieler Gästebeschwerden, reagierte das Personal nur genervt und trotzig.Keine Organisation! Zudem muss man sagen, dass das Restaurant sehr klein ist. Wir gingen mit leeren Magen. Am nächsten Tag genau das Gleiche. Wir reklamierten das Frühstück und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir ein Frühstück nicht bezahlen müssen. Später haben wir auf der Abbuchung gesehen, dass das zweite Frühstück vom Preis einfach höher berechnet wurde. Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte aber keine Ausstattung. Der ankündigte Föhn fehlte, keine Seife und nicht mal eine Nachtlampe. Da am Bett sogar der Lichtschalter fürs Hauptlicht fehlte, durften wir nachts eine Taschenlampe benutzen. Auf der Terasse schaut man auf eine Mauer und in der Nacht sind die Lampen draußen so hell, dass das Zimmer mit beleuchtet wird. Wofür 4 Sterne stehen, wissen wir nicht!

Große,helle Wohnung mit Balkon in östliche Richtung ,gemütliche Boxspringbetten, bodentiefe Fenster ringsum,die leider nur von innen sauber waren, der im Bad befindliche Waschtisch hatte stolze Höhe von 105 cm (für Kinder unerreichbar), in der gesamten Anlage kein deutsches Fernsehn verfügbar, schöne Poolanlage
