"Overall the room worked for our needs. They have done some renovations which were nice. There are some odds and ends in the room that needs to be addressed. The hot water didn't work great, the mirror in the bathroom was falling off and the toilet paper holder was having issues. Zermat itself was pretty good. The pool was fun and roaming the resort with our daughter was a lot of fun. This was our 3rd or 4th time and staying the overall the experience is always solid."

"Stagnant urine in toilet upon arrival. Lamp switch broken. Had to plug and unplug to operate. Bathroom outlet not operable last morning. Coffee pods for only one day. Coffee machine not cleaned from previous tenant. Poor water pressure. No Kleenex in room. Dusty. Tried to call front desk — no phone in room?? Worn furniture. Bed and pillows okay."

"Loved my stay! What an amazing find! Think of this as the cutest and coziest hotel room you've ever stayed at. This room and the other rentals are on the floor above a really fun bookstore. You've got shopping and restaurant options just steps away. An ice rink is across the street. Absolutely loved everything. "

"This room exceeded my expectations, clean and updated, well equipped. We sadly didn't spend much time in the room - we got in late and woke up early - but wished I'd allowed for my time to relax here. The location is perfectly situated to walk from, as well as easily accessible to Guardsman Pass for our early morning hike. Check in was easy with clear instructions sent prior to our check in day. I'd love to stay here again."
