"When we walked into our room, we were met with cleaning supplies all over the floor that had been left behind. There were used cleaning rags in the bathroom sink (with no drain stopper in it) where the sink was not finished getting cleaned. The bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned and one of the beds was missing pillows. Probably one person's mistake - to forget to finish the room but it didn't look good for the whole of the property."

"For the price, this budget hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel, and especially our room had a really strong, unpleasant smell. I’d describe it as a mix of leftover cooking smells, pet smells and cleaner that tried to mask it. It was unpleasant to the point we had to open the windows and run the fan. Also, the doors seemed to slam so there was a lot of noise from other people coming and going and we could definitely hear our loud next door neighbors. All of that being said, it was very very clean and the beds and bedding were comfortable and the room had all of the needed basic amenities. It was centrally located for us and the area, while near the freeway, felt safe and clean. It felt a bit overpriced for what it was, but there were many many events in town (every hotel was sold out) so maybe it was priced higher than usual."

"This is our go to hotel. The kids really love the water slides and it’s a nice place to stay!"

"This property let rooms be sold when they had none available! I was at the property twice that day of check in you would have thought the person there at 1:30 would have said there may be a pronlem but nope!! "

"There was an unstable individual that came in the lobby during check in and she upset my son. Staff handled the situation well, but if it escalated I don’t know how well the situation would have gone."
