「Hotel is nice and there were some unique amenities. The heater/AC unit made a lot of noise. So much so, that it woke us up every time it ran. We alerted the staff but there was nothing they could do. They did comp the valet for us.」

「Our stay was great up until we were in our room. The air conditioner was blowing hot air instead of cool air and the staff only tried resetting the device before ultimately saying they couldn't do anything else. We were sent to another hotel because they were completely booked and have not received our money back from this stay. Completely disappointed.」
