The bathroom was very dirty mold on tiles and inside shower. Toilet had rings in the bowl. Hot tub was broken. Breakfast was good and staff was very nice.

Cozy Private Suite in Cultural District! Walk to Mass St. ~ 5 min to KU Campus
Very clean and very accommodating . Close to downtown and had everything I needed for a 2night stay. I would stay again.
