Perfect Tiny Home Getaway!

"Really cozy and out-of-the-way little home out in the country. Perfect if you want a retreat, staying on the grounds the whole time (grounds include hot tub and fire pit, but not any big natural area). My wife and I did enjoy the house. I give the rental 4 stars because we would prefer more close by places to visit, and there were very few. The nearby brewery mentioned by the host would have been nice, but it was closed."

10/10 Excellent

"Always appreciate no carpeting in a room. Nothing worse then seeing dirty stained carpets in hallways and rooms of other hotels. Tru by Hilton was clean. They also post information about breakfast, local restaurants and other things of interest on marker boards by the elevators. Location was convenient to shopping and some restaurants. Breakfast was satisfactory with options similar to other hotels. Plenty of well lit parking."

"We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We booked our trip through Expedia for a relative's wedding. Upon arrival the hotel claimed to never receive the funds from Expedia and forced us to pay them directly at a higher rate than Expedia. Went back and forth with the staff and Expedia support. Whole trip was ruined. Expedia came through in the long run and refunded our original price. Hotel staff barely spoke english and hardly answered the phones when Expedia would call to resolve the issue. Bathroom had mold on the floor by the tub. Hotel overall felt very dirty. Pool water looked like a pond. Will NEVER stay here again! Better off sleeping in your vehicle. To be clear this has NOTHING to do with Expedia and EVERYTHING to do with this hotel! Horrible Experience!"

"When we arrived at the property, we were notified that they are in the process of revitalizing the hotel, is that ok? We said sure - little did we know. The check in process was smooth. Upon entering the room it was ok at best, old beaten up, bathroom needed a better cleaning, but hey, it was a cheap room. Then we started finding the problems. The sink drained very slowly, the bottles were not all mounted in the shower & lights did not work. Upon return to the room for night 2 we found that outlets and lights on one side of the room that worked earlier were now completely dead. The door was very tough to unlock & open initially, then we realized it was a struggle because it does not lock at all and you can just push the door open. With that, the side access doors with signs saying they are locked at night were wide open, & we were on the 1st floor. So we ask to move rooms. We received one of the renovated rooms, which was a pretty pathetic upgrade. In this newly redone room, the tub does not drain & is filthy, the latch catch on the door was missing, there are no curtains, and the mini blinds do not block out any of the parking lot lights so it was daylight in there all night long. Our previous stay at a different Hampton was sketchy too, but after this visit we will not be going back to any Hampton ever again This is a poor hotel choice for the area - Kings Island guests, beware & stay elsewhere!!"

"The outside of the property needs some improvements and sprucing up. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty, turned our feet black. The beds are ok, but not very comfortable. The metal bed frame made loud noise when turning over in the beds. The mattress could defiantly use an upgrade. The reclining chair in the room had a large paint stain and needs cleaned or replaced. And the arm of it was kind of broken. The table between the beds was sticky. The bathtub faucet leaks, doesn't shut off completely. I would like to say that the breakfast area was clean and well stocked with healthy choices. The pool and pool area was clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. We were in room 107."
