★Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway.★rustic log cabin set on a 70-acre ranch with a 10-acre private lake ★Each cabin has its own private entrance and covered back porch to relax and enjoy nature with a lake facing ★Each Cabin has a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a wonder wooded attic space with an Air mattress perfect for kids.

Rustic Log style cabins. Each Cabin has its own private entrance and covered porch to relax and enjoy nature. All the cabins have a back door and it's facing the lake.

Amenities Included:

A.C., heater, flat-screen cable TV, microwave, standard mini-fridge, coffee maker (pods), iron and board, bed linens (sheets, pillows, comforter), towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, full bath, private entrance covered- front and back porch.

Each cabin has a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We provide some basics like creamer, sugar, dinner set, Drinkware, Flatware, and an electric stove.


Our property consists of 2-4 guests per cabin:

Amazing

We brought my 15 year old grandson from Iowa here so he could do some fishing and enjoy the beach. He loved it here, he fished until 4 in the morning and loved the kayaks. He paddled over to the island and caught a big one. The cabin was beautiful, the bed made us sleep like a baby. We will definitely book again. Thank you Mr. K.

Great little family vacay. Property was beautiful and well taken care of. Our dog enjoyed the vacation also. Highly recommend that in the comments you indicate you are bringing your dog I didn’t notice that when I made the booking.

We sure needed this.

The little bride and I needed this getaway. The property is beautiful and peaceful. God put us in the right place. Just something to think about. I'm partially disabled. The steep, narrow steps in front were a bit of a challenge. I did take one fall but that's on me. I got careless. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect gateway

I was pleasantly surprised about this place. The cabin is super cozy,the view when you walk outside is relaxing.Close to Matagorda and Palacios.2 hours from Padre Island, where we went for nicer water or 4 from south Padre with really nice blue water. I like that we were away from city still close to everything,like groceries, restaurants, shopping. On the property they have a cool swings hanging from a toll trees,pond that you can fish at and paddle on.You can swimm but we decided not too(the water looks fine but ment for a look).Small playground, perfect for small children,small soccer field and I think we sow tennis court. Even that the hall place was booked we didn't hear a thing.The only thing I would add is that during the day the back door window needs to be completely covered witt something (it get so hut that it almost uncomfortable if you near.The other window on top where the loft is(wich can easily fit 4 people on air mattress)needs to be covered as well.I think Ac were struggling even though it look fairly new.I have not found any plates. I don't think it meant for a long sustainable stay,there were no stove or anything similar.Microway, toster,coffee machine and small refrigerator.It was enough for us. The best mattress I have ever slept on while away from my own bed.That along was super rechargeable. Super clean,no complaints. Definitely would come back, hopefully when it will cool down.Thank you guys for all maintenance.

Exceeded expectations!

Sometimes rentals... you never know what you're going to get even though the pictures may be beautiful. This place truly was great! VERY CLEAN, which is huge for me. The Keurig coffee maker was the exact one I have at home, loved that! Memory foam mattress, awesome. The security of it being gated was great. You can tell this property is well cared for. We will be back!
