「2階のキッチンはなべやフライパンなどの調理器具はだいたい揃っていたが、ナイフが2本あるだけでフォークとスプーンは無かった。割り箸とスプーンを持って行ったのは正解でした。 ストーブは４つのうち左手前と右奥はまったく加熱できなかった。 205の部屋のコーヒーメーカーはずっと待っていても中でお湯が沸いているだけで、コーヒーは１滴も出てこなかった。 205のデスクランプはスイッチオンで激しく点滅し、使い物にならなかった。 205のテレビは地上波放送を観ようと思ってもアンテナと繋がっていないというメッセージが表示された。 205の隣のトイレのフラッシュレバーは外れそうで、水を流すのにコツがいる。 また、トイレットペーパーを引っ掛けておくパイプの壁への取り付けが悪く、グラグラ状態でペーパーロールが床に落ちた。 シャワーはお湯が出るまで５分以上かかり、やっと出ても水温が安定せず、途中で冷たくなることが度々あった。」

「The pros: The parking was solid, the instructions were clear for entry, the photos were extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the location was as advertised.The cons: The walls are extremely thin, and you could hear every footstep, item drop, and chair move from upstairs, along with every conversation in the hallway. 「My partner and I stayed in this lovely apartment for three nights while attending a family reunion in Ipswich. This location allowed us to take lovely walks through the neighborhood and to the harbor. Every detail in this spot was perfect, from the lovely flower bouquet upon arrival, the comfortable bed and kitchen with everything we might need. We enjoy walking, and took daily walks to Java Sun, who prepare an excellent cup. My only regret was not being able to spend an entire day in...
