There are three units in the building, with the owner occupying the top floor. The space could use an additional chair or two, along with some hand towels for the kitchen and bath. 「This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. 」

"フロントの方も感じよく、空港までは無料のバスが便利でマンハッタンの街に出るのもそこまで大変な訳ではない（夜空港から行く方方はまわりにお店ないので、ホテルにも多少売ってましたが何かしらお菓子やご飯必要な方は、買って行くか食べて行くことをおすすめ）ので料金も高くなくメニュー変わる朝食付いて、温かいコーヒー等がいつでもいただけるのも大変助かりました。ただ、部屋にたまたまかとても小さなパッと見ゴキブリみたいなのを数匹を見付けてしまい、、部屋からは景色もきれいできれいに管理もされていたとの印象ですが、その点だけが気になってしまいました。"
