"The staff are very friendly and helpful, But the hotel it’s not a nice place to stay, For the price I paid. The room was very dilapidated, most of the lights next to the bed didn't work, neither did the lamp on the other side of the room. To fill the kettle with water you had to take the kettle and a cup into the bathroom and fill the cup and then fill the kettle, WiFi was none existent in the room as their server kept crashing so there wasn’t any WiFi, and this made the card machine crash totally so you were unable to pay for any thing, The food was over priced and very poor quality and very small portions. Plus there are quite a few homeless people staying at the hotel."

"We got the executive room, and the bed was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs on the mattress. I was very glad to leave this hotel room. I also heard from friends staying on the second floor that it was very warm in the rooms upstairs, and there’s no AC. For these 2 reasons I wouldn’t stay here again."

My room was located in an outbuilding called The Paddocks, around a 500‑metre walk from the main hotel — not ideal, especially in bad weather. The room itself was in desperate need of updating. The carpet felt dirty, the bathroom was in a poor state, the wooden windows wouldn’t shut properly, and the door rattled constantly throughout the night. Overall, the standard fell well below expectations, and I won’t be staying at this hotel again."

"i like staying at this hotel and the rooms are always clean. The bar restaurant area was a real mess! Untidy, old food plates and glasses/cups everywhere. Floor dirty and unkempt. My salad was less than ok. not a described, missing ingredients. The staff were over run and under real pressure Will stay again, definitely won't eat."
