"The air conditioning was fine but the kitchen basically has nothing in it. You would not be able to cook in there without going out and buying your own stuff or bringing your own stuff"

"The hotel was in a clean, safe area, well lit and accessible. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was fresh and filling. The only problem was our room had a light bulb that was out, and the shade was broken, we were unable to put the shade up. We did report this to the front desk in the morning. Other than that, everything was great."

"Started with a tv that didn’t work, no towels, unclean including a big stain on the bedding. The shower didn’t drain and filled up to my knee which was revolting. I was completely disgusted. Told the staff over and over of our concerns and they could have cared less. They didn’t take a dime off the overpriced room either. Everywhere else was booked or I would have left. Absolutely vile. Will never ever stay in one of these properties again."

"It was okay for a quick stay but definitely not my preference in a hotel. My room smelled like curry and noodles when I arrived and it stayed like that the whole time I tried to air it out and the bed we uncomfortable with the springs poking my back and the carpet could be cleaned. The shower didn't drain well so I was taking a shower bath among other things but I did like that it was quite. The room was spacious as well. Good cable channels. Pool area out of service."

"The staff were incredibly nice, courteous, and attentive. The gentleman who helped check me into the hotel on Friday evening was super helpful and very nice. The same is true of the young lady who helped check me out on Saturday afternoon. They were both so incredibly nice and made me feel welcome. The property was amazingly quite considering it's located right next to the freeway. The room was comfortable, clean, and held the right temperature all night long. I was very impressed with this hotel and will stay here again in my future visits to Salt Lake City."

"Accommodations were great! Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable stay! Other reviews are accurate, place is a little chilly, stairs are steep, and you can hear people occasionally walking upstairs (completely tolerable and that's all you could hear). We would definitely stay there again!"
