「Our stay felt luxurious and relaxing. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We also had the opportunity to use the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. It's a bit harder getting here with public transportation. We walked from Pontyclun station which was okay but others may want to make sure they pre-arrange transportation if needed.」

「A lovely venue with attentive staff. There was an initial mix up with check in where the room I was allocated wasn’t made up, but this was resolved and I ended up with an upgrade. 」

「最初に通された部屋は暖房がつかず寒く、記載されていた水やアイロンなども無かった。女性受付の方にブランケットを貸し出すと言われたが、寒さには耐えられなかったので部屋を変えてもらった。その際に男性スタッフが親身に動いてくれたので感謝している。その後は、快適に過ごすことができた。夕食、朝食はとても美味しかった。 給仕に時間がかかっていたのが勿体ない。 食事と初日男性スタッフと二日目のスタッフのお陰で良い気持ちでホテルを後にできました。 素敵な建物と庭園なので、色々と改善すれば素晴らしい宿泊施設になると思う。」

「Our family of 7 with 2 babies enjoyed a wonderful wedding weekend in the apartment. Great facilities with everything we needed for our stay . Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms . The location was perfect being close to seafront and shops. 」

He was present at the time of check in and was friendly and gave us details as required. overall stay was great with location being perfect for us to stroll by the beach and other amenities. apart from the water pressure not being great we enjoyed our stay at the property.It was very spacious and clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.」
