"The house was excellent, we had a family event with most of the family staying at the Clock House, it was roomy, lovely decor, with 3 lounges and a large kitchen there was plenty of space for everyone.. The only negative is the water pressure in the area meaning timing for showers needed to be managed, but talking to Alan, it will hopefully be better as work was going on in the area to improve the water pressure around Nottage.. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.."

"We arrived quite late, around 9:30pm, but check-in was quick and easy. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the hotel itself was absolutely spotless. The spa was still open for another half an hour when we arrived, so we made the most of that, which was lovely! My only real disappointment was the spa access restrictions, which weren’t made particularly clear when booking through Expedia. Hotel guests can only use the spa facilities between 7am–10am and 5pm–10pm. Outside these hours, access is reserved for guests who have booked and paid for additional spa experiences. The outdoor heated pool is also only available to hotel guests between 5pm and 6pm, just one hour a day! Unfortunately, with our late arrival and 11am checkout, we didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy this facility, which was a shame. The food looked lovely, although we decided against breakfast as it was £20 per person, which I personally feel is rather expensive. Aside from these minor disappointments, I genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return! Next time, knowing how the spa operates, I’d probably book a spa experience and treatment in advance to make the most of the facilities. Overall, a beautiful, spotless hotel with wonderful staff. Just wish the spa restrictions had been clearer at the time of booking!"

"The apartment was absolutely lovely, very modern and spotlessly clean throughout. Everything was well presented and made for a really comfortable stay. We did have a slight issue with the TV remote, so we weren’t really able to watch TV, but this wasn’t a big issue for us and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, a great apartment and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely wonderful stay! The Exclusive Studio was absolutely gorgeous! 😍 Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and so welcoming, it was everything we could have wished for and more. The self check-in and check-out were super quick and easy, making everything completely stress-free. The location was superb, perfect for getting out and exploring the area. You can really tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into this beautiful studio. It was comfortable, stylish, and had such a lovely feel to it. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing! "The property was exactly as advertised and the inside was very colourful and inviting and offered three bedrooms and two full bathrooms so was perfect for the four of us sisters travelling together. We had excellent communication with Diane and her housekeeper throughout our stay. The hot tub was a big plus after a day of walking and the outdoor space was great. We would definitely recommend and if we were ever to be back in Wales, we would definitely be back. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay."
