Surfer Girl | Sleeps 20 | Golf Cart & Fire Pit

  • Surfer Girl at Beachwalk Resort

    7 Bedrooms | 4.5 Bathrooms | Sleeps 20

Welcome to Surfer Girl, where beach-house charm meets playful personality. Inspired by carefree coastal living, this vibrant retreat is full of colorful details, sunny spaces, and just the right amount of retro surf style to make every getaway feel like summer.

Strike a pose in front of the home's signature neon sign, snap a photo against the bold swimmer-print wallpaper, or simply soak up the light-filled spaces designed to bring everyone together. Every room has been thoughtfully curated with fun, comfort, and functionality in mind including little touches you'll appreciate, like an extra Keurig in one of the bedrooms for those early risers who like their coffee before the crowd.

Designed with large families and group vacations in mind, Surfer Girl offers three separate living areas, seven spacious bedrooms, and plenty of room to spread out. Whether you're gathering around the dining table after a day at the beach or enjoying movie night in the basement rec room, there's space for everyone to relax at their own pace.

Outside, the vacation vibes continue. Start your morning with coffee on the screened porch beside the fireplace, spend the afternoon cruising to the beach in the included seasonal golf cart, then fire up the grill for dinner before gathering around the built-in fire pit for s'mores, stories, and laughter under the stars.

The kids will love having two dedicated bunk rooms and their own lower-level hangout space, giving everyone a place to unwind after a day of swimming, biking, and exploring Beachwalk Resort.

Located on a quiet street within the community, Surfer Girl offers the best of both worlds - a peaceful place to recharge while staying just a short walk or seasonal golf cart ride from the beach, pool, playground, and resort amenities.

Come for the lake, stay for the good vibes, and leave with a camera roll full of memories.

Please note: This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surfer Girl is absolutely gorgeous and had plenty of space for our family of 15. The kids/teenagers loved having their own space in the basement while the rest of us enjoyed our own space in our beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. There were all the amenities you need. My family absolutely loves Beachwalk as we have stayed here a few times but every time we go, it is so difficult to find anywhere to eat with a large group or get carry out or delivery. But at the end of day, having to stay in at Surfer Girl at hang out and cook was not too shabby. We loved the screened in porch and firepit. The 3rd floor bedrooms and bathroom are absolutely amazing.

Lovely Stay at Surfer Girl

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is lovely and beautifully decorated. It looks just like the pictures and has plenty of space (including a large dining table) to comfortably fit a big group. The screened-in back porch was a major hit!The location is a bit secluded, but with the golf cart, it's very easy to get to the beach, pool, activities. It's also walkable. The few cons we experienced were--it was certainly clean when we arrived, but not spotless. There are absolutely no toiletries, which seems a little odd for a house of this size. The freezer was acting up, but the staff was responsive. Overall, a gorgeous home with a few litle quirks.

Beautiful home with great space, Needs better maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Surfer Girl house in Beachwalk and really appreciated the beautiful design and spacious layout, which worked perfectly for our large group. The many bedrooms with comfortable beds and bedding were a big plus, and the large dining table was a favorite spot for shared meals and games. The natural light from the many windows was lovely, and we loved the location—just far enough from the main pool and activity areas to be peaceful, but still walkable to everything. That said, the home wasn’t maintained as well as we would have expected. The kitchen was a bit small and lacked some essentials—there were plenty of plates, silverware, and glasses, but only two food serving bowls and the pans were old and in poor condition (we had to line them to use them). The freezer was broken upon arrival, and while the owners were aware, it made food storage difficult during our stay.We also noticed several maintenance issues: the toilet paper holder was off the wall, the floors were dirty, the screen on the patio door was broken, there were no bathroom rugs, and the curtain & towel fixtures on the 3rd floor were barely attached.Despite these issues, the overall space is amazing and we still had a great time. We love Beachwalk—this was our second stay and we definitely plan to return. With some attention to maintenance and kitchen updates, this house could easily be a five-star stay.

Family Vacation at Surfer Girl

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE have stayed in several houses at Beachwalk. This was our first in Surfer Girl and also the newest. Clean, Lovely decor, great appliances, a nice screened in porch, but short on outdoor space. It is right next to the park, but a distance from the pool and beach. It does have a golf cart, which was most appreciated. Our large family could have used another refrigerator and ice maker.

A Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very nice, the decor is amazing. Each room is tastefully done and the bathrooms are great. There are a few cons. There is no water source outside to rinse off the sand from the beach. Parking was a nightmare. Only space for 2 vehicles and the overflow parking lot was usually full. TV is limited to the APPS already installed. There is a grill, picnic table, and benches outside, but the space is tight. The screened porch is great for sitting around and talking.

Surfer Girl Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were more than happy with our stay at Surfer Girl! The home was very clean and beautifully built with plenty of space for all of us. There was plenty for the kids to do, especially liked being close to the playground. The golf cart was necessary to get around to the other parts of the community. Two bedrooms were missing blinds which did cause an issue for sleeping but we knew they were still updating this house so hopefully blinds will be added in the future. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Surfer Girl and hope to be back next year!

It was ok

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my God kids was hoping to have a TV in our room. Two bathrooms showers was not hot, water was little cold. There was white we thought a dog hair was on carpet cause our black socks was filled with white looking hair. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves. The price was much for there to be only two TVs. Thank you you all very much for having us.
