"Staff were amazing, they even lent us towels after checkout, so that we could go to the Springs. The hotel is otherwise a standard Hyatt property. There was temporary AC in the Lobby, but they are in the process of fixing that."

"We felt like the hotel was pretty lackluster. The downstairs area was decorated and maintained well--the same can't be said for the guest rooms. The decor was quite dated and the Italian influence was heavy-handed. The bed and bedding were adequate, but not very comfortable. The strangest aspect was the louvered doors in the bathroom. It essentially left you no privacy if you were sharing the room. I feel like the hotel was aiming for an elegant and upscale feel that they did not attain."

"We had the best weekend staying at this wonderful property! We booked it for a college girls reunion weekend and everything was spectacular! The host was super communicative and not only had all the house info laid out over email and in a binder, but he also had thorough local recommendations. The house itself was phenomenal. So clean and beautifully decorated. There were 5 rooms and each was spacious enough for 2 (or more) guests, and perfectly outfitted. Bed were comfortable, linens were high quality, and bathrooms were well stocked. The Kitchen had all the appliances and amenities we could need. The outdoor space was lovely and honestly even more than the property description outlines. There was a basketball court that could also turn to a pickleball court (and they even had racquets and balls). The pool was warm and sunny, there were 2 outdoor living areas both with TVs! There is a playset and trampoline perfect for children, and even a charming creek at the bottom of the property perfect for exploring. We had the best weekend and I wish every rental property was as fabulous as this one!"

WATER FRONT LAKE AUSTIN ESTATE

"Spectacular pool and outdoor spa area and the location on the lake was exceptional. Unfortunately there were no chairs or lounges by this area, we had to go out and purchase our own. The kitchen was functional and well furnished and the beds were all very comfortable. The furnishings were all quite heavy and included many personal and memorabilia items sitting out and on display which were indeed quite fragile. Perhaps not an ideal house if you have young and exploring children. Jay was really super to work with and was incredibly responsive and helpful with any and all questions. Could not ask for a better contact person if renting a house."
