「We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was wonderful! Close to Cincinnati. The staff is amazing! Property is well taken care, rooms are clean and big. Pool and gym were very nice and had a wonderful outside sitting area with fire pit and grills! Breakfast buffet was excellent! It was walking distance to a pizza place and Mint cafe which was delicious. We will stay again for sure!」

「周辺のホテルと比較すると設備が古いです。エアコンから水漏れしていたり、ドアのしまりが悪かったり．．．。客室は別棟になっていて、二階部屋になると階段を上る必要があります。荷物の量によっては要注意です。 他は特に悪い印象はありません。朝食のワッフルは美味しいですね。歩いて行ける範囲に美味しいステーキハウスもあります。」

「最悪です。予約してあったのに、予約できていないと言われ、用意してもらった部屋は横がエレベーターのある部屋で、モーターの音で、ものすごくうるさくて寝れませんでした。嫌がらせとしか思えない対応でした。」

「The bathroom in my room could have been cleaner. The corners were dirty and so was the bottom of the shower door. I expected better.」

「The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience.」
