過去にも泊まりましたが今回はひどい状況。 ・備え付けフォーク、スプーン、ナイフが不足しています。 ・床コンセントが壊れていて修理されていません。 ・２階建てですが２Fの音が１Fに響きます。 ・TVが壊れていて時々「ブチッ、ブチッ」音がでますので部屋を変えてもらいました ・土日は部屋の部屋キーピング作業はありませんので自分で替えのタオルなどはフロントにもらいに行かなければなりません。チェックイン時に説明はなし。 ５年前はこのようなことはありませんでした。

Totally Dissatisfied! Beyond words!

When we checked out, I was glad to hear that the Suites was closing within a month. This was undoubtedly the worst facility that we have ever stayed in. The room was in horrible shape from a maintenance standpoint; the chair was impossible to find comfort in; there very few plates or silverware for eating in; several lights were out; there was no clearning service - we stayed four nights.. The advertised breakfast was a carry-out bag of some sort. Because of so many activities occurring in the Dayton areas, there were no other close alternatives. The folks manning the front desk were friendly and polite. It was obvious that maintenance had been neglected for years.

Plse shut me down

It was the most horible experience ive had in many years. That place should not carry the wyham name. The place need to b condemed and regrouped.

Disappointed!

Place is very old and badly needs an update. Shower drain is clogged, toilet paper dispenser is broken, and double security lock is also broken. Room smells of old cigarette smoke. This hotel is very disappointing.

It didn’t seem like the place had been clean before we got there, the placed was in disrepair and there was water damage in the bathroom from above, mold and mildrew were present.

Just awful! Unsafe and a fire trap!

There isn't a low enough score for this hotel. How do I begin? The smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling and sitting in the closet. The lock on the door was broken. There was an exposed power socket. The room smelled like smoke. The closet door was broken. I was staying there with my child and was mortified for his safety and the disgusting room. I will be filing a report with the fire marshall and I want my money back!

The grab 'n go breakfast was not very good. The room appeared to be very old and there weren't any dishes in the kitchen. The tv was not convenient to watching from bed. The furnace ran constantly. The bathroom fan sounded like an airplane when we turned it on.

The suite was raggedy with damaged cabinets and exposed pipes in the bathroom area. The bathroom door scrapes against the toilet when you try to close it. There was a huge stain on the wall and on the curtain. The stove top was filthy and there was rotting material under the kitchen sink. The night manager was EXTREMELY rude and scary. I did not feel safe.

This property is trash. I’ve stayed at many Hawthorne Suites before and they were great as t. First room had no lamps, the stove was filthy and it smelled like a heavy smoker used the room. Moved to another room and the curtain between the bedroom and living room was gone and the hardware was damaged. There wasn’t any drinking glasses in the room and the room was filthy. It had not been vacuumed in quite some time. There was no handicap parking near the buildings and there was no breakfast or coffee. All in all I would never recommend this dump way overpaid for this stay

This place is a completely neglected dump. Our room reeked of musty smoke and had filthy floors when we checked in. We stayed 4 nights & never saw housekeeping. The smell seeped into all our clothes, luggage, & skin! They pick up garbage outside your room every few days, I suppose. Ants all over the bathroom floor. Holes in walls. Graffiti on the art. Toilet paper roll broken off. Wires popping out of ceiling. Broken lampshades. Musty, dirty furniture. Disgusting, dirty cabinets that were falling apart. Filth on walls, doors, trim. Extremely dated appliances. No supplies in kitchen (pot, pan, silverware, etc). Even if supplied wouldn't have dreamed of using them. Only decent thing was good water pressure in the shower & clean sheets & towels. The room could not have been up to code. We left with sore throats, & my husband's dog & cat allergies flared up - possible animal dander too.

Never again.

Room was extremely dirty. Carpet was frayed around the edges, and a couple spots worn through. Random socks on floor, in a couple spots, needle on bathroom counter. Toilet paper dispenser ripped out of wall. Rotted/moldy kitchen cabinets under sink- doors falling off. Stayed a couple nights- only slept there. Beds ok- stained/burn holes in sheets.
