"Walking into the hotel, everything was filthy. Then going up to the room the carpet was dirty and d doors also gross. The room was not clean, dirty floors and tub. We didn't stay the night. We went to the Hyatt. That was super clean and well maintained."

"They need to provide some complimentary water for guests, slippers, kettle and tea bags for the rooms given the prices. They also did not clean the room one of the days even though a make up room sign was put up"
