The Space:

This modern condo offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Located on the 17th floor, this spacious unit provides expansive city skyline views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The building offers shared amenities such as a gym and a year-round swimming pool, perfect for staying active or enjoying a leisurely day.



As you enter, you’ll find the living room area, which is bright and inviting with a smart TV for entertainment. The open-plan design extends to the dining area, where you can enjoy meals in comfort. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay, featuring everything from a stove, oven, and microwave to coffee maker and cookware.



The bedroom is designed for rest and relaxation, with a plush queen-sized bed. The room is light-filled with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a beautiful view of the city skyline. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and modern fixtures is easily accessible, along with an additional half bathroom for added convenience.



Living Room: Spacious and bright, featuring a smart TV, a queen-sized sofa bed, and plenty of seating for guests to relax and enjoy.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher

Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed, stunning views, and ample closet space

Bathroom: Walk-in shower with modern amenities, fresh towels, shampoo, and conditioner.

Half bathroom: Convenient powder room with toilet, sink, hand soap, fresh towels, and essential toiletries for added comfort.



The unit also includes a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the city's ambiance. Guests can unwind in style or even cook a meal on the BBQ grill located in the building’s shared outdoor space.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the communal amenities at the complex.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of downtown, this neighborhood offers both convenience and vibrancy. The area is surrounded by popular attractions like Kaseya Center, Perez Art Museum, and Frost Science Museum. For shopping and dining, you’ll find plenty of options nearby, whether you prefer a casual cafe or a fine-dining experience. With its blend of modern architecture and lively atmosphere, the area is ideal for anyone who wants to be at the center of it all.



Getting Around:

- Nearest Airport: MIA (Miami International Airport) – 8 miles (about 15 minutes by car)

- There is no dedicated parking at the property, but valet parking is available for a fee.

- Public transportation is easily accessible within a short walk. Guests can take the nearby bus or metro to explore further areas.



Other Things to Note:

Packages are delivered to the parcel area on the 3rd floor. Once a package arrives, we will receive a notification and provide you with the access code to retrieve it. Please let us know as soon as you receive the delivery notification so we can share the code with you.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Self check-in is completed using a secure door code provided before arrival.

- Pets are allowed, with a fee of $100 USD (it has to be covered before arrival).

- Valet parking is available 24/7 through a third-party provider for an additional fee and must be paid directly to the valet company.

- Parking rates are set by the valet operator and may change without prior notice.

- Shared building amenities, including the pool and fitness center, may have operating hours and rules set by the building management.

- Guests are expected to follow all building policies and community guidelines during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required after checkout.

- Pack ’n play is available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty and an additional cleaning fee.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such are needed after their stay.

- A trashed apartment fee will be applied for deep cleaning if the property is left in poor condition.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Guests will find a fob inside the apartment, which is required to access the amenities and use the elevator. If the fob is lost, a replacement fee of USD 100 will apply.
