The Space:

This unit is located on the 2nd floor that can only be accessed by stairs.



An additional fee of $150 per pet is required, and they must be accompanied by you during the entire stay.

Urban4 is a 5 minute drive from Brickell City Centre with restaurant that are open for all hours of the day providing delivery and take-out. Popular dining options in Brickell City Centre include Casa Tua, Pubelly Sushi, and Tacology. Brickell Avenue is a gorgeous stroll – residents are seen running, cyclying, walking their dogs, and staying a safe distance away from others as they enjoy the cool breeze from the ocean. Brickell Ave is just one block away from the ocean, so you will be sure to find pockets of side streets that provide views of the ocean as you escape from the indoors.



Getting Around:

If you choose to travel by car, the apartment comes with 1 free parking spot and plenty of off-site parking. Brickell is best seen in the daytime by foot along the famous Brickell Avenue, but bike and scooter rentals are available just minutes away in the Brickell area and can be used to explore Brickell, Downtown, and even Miami Beach if you follow the bike path that leads to Venetian Causeway.
