Cancelled last minute night before
What a horrible experience. I booked this house more than one year in advance for a concert and the host cancelled at almost midnight the night before. We purchased thousands of dollars in tickets and airfare only to find out that We had nowhere to go right before we went to sleep. VRBO has a no booking same day policy so we were stranded. I don’t know how anybody could do this and feel OK with themselves. So rude and so sad. I have so much integrity. No matter the situation I would never cancel someone’s booking on such short notice especially a few minutes before midnight giving the client no time to plan for Alternative accommodations.
