Lazy River Resort is a 6000’ private, gated Lazy River estate in the heart of Miami minutes away from the I95 that will get you to Miami Beach Or Fort Lauderdale within minutes , the largest private lazy river in the miami area, relax in the main pool at the lazy river entrance, or lounge on one of the two islands with built in SPA.

Have fun in the pickleball or basketball court, also a custom made ping pong table for your moments...

Without forgetting our one and only movie theater.

The Space:

Lazy River Resort is a 6,000 sqft gated private property in the heart of Miami, within minutes to the I95 that will put you in Miami Beach or Fort Lauderdale within minutes. Float down the LARGEST private Lazy River in the South Florida area, relax in the main pool at the lazy river entrance, have fun on the waterslide, or lounge on one of the two islands with a built-in 20-person SPA.

- Bedroom 3: 2 Queen size beds with 55" TV, shared jack/jill bathroom with Bedroom 2

- Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Size beds with 55" TV, access to shared bathroom.

- Bedroom 5 : 2 Queen Size beds with 55" TV, access to shared bathroom.

- Bedroom 6: Cinema with 2 Queen size beds with 120" projector screen , access to shared bathroom.

BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No parties.

- No gatherings.

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music during quiet ordinance hours 10 pm to 8 am.

Amazing Bachelor Party Spot

Couldn’t imagine a better back yard for a large group! All the activities we ever needed. The overall experience was 5 stars. The host was extremely responsive and immediately assisted with anything we needed. The house has a very tall exterior fence. We felt safe and secure all weekend.
