The best thing about the hotel is the price and views. Bathroom was piss poor. Air conditioning vents need to be cleaned. Insects in different rooms. The hotel has a lot of potential that they have yet to tap into. Hopefully in the future, things will be completely renovated and new management can update things that need to be handled properly.

Initially the room was nice, especially with the balancing viewing but on closer inspection the suite was poorly maintained with weird stains and small bugs especially in the bathroom. The worst part was the roaches. I am still trying to get in contact with the host and seacoast suite for some type of retribution but it is difficult to get in contact with anyone. Just constant redirection.

Rooms (apartments) are very big and can accommodate few more people than we were, it may be the reason for the price, that will be ok if you are a family more than 4 people. But elevator was a problem at the moment of my stay and the whole place looks a little bit old. Location is very good and if you plan your stay like a family journey and preparing you family meals at the apartment, may become a better choice; for me and my wife and a Little 5yo boy was Parking is 40usd for the day extra and it was a surprise to me. There is no reception by night and if you have an issue or a malfunction it will not be solved; in my case a smoke detector making a blip sound every minute; I have to disarming remove battery and that solve the sound.

We rented the 2 bedroom suite for our girl's trip. I was so skeptical at first because some of the reviews. But what I noticed was most of them were because it was an older property. We actually LOVED it. It is very old but has so much character. The entrance is beautiful! The hallways look like something from a Stephen King novel but then you get to the suites and they were actually really pretty. We had a nice size suite with a big living room and kitchen. The floors and beds were CLEANA which honestly was my biggest priority. The bathroom toilet was broken but it could easily be fixed with a paper clip. The chain on the flap just kept coming loose. The showers were decent and hot. The balcony was spacious with a great view. There's a little market downstairs with really affordable prices. The pool was clean and the beach was easily accessible. If you don't want to pay for valet parking. There's a parking lot right beside it that you pay by hour during the day and free at night. I maybe spent $20 for 3 days. The views of the yachts across the street were super cute too. The receptionists were all very nice too. People who complained clearly don't understand how expensive Miami is and how this little gem is a STEAL! If you want something affordable, spacious and feels like home, this is the one! I spent hours trying to find something for our trip and this was the best decision I made. Thank you Seacoast Suites for hosting us!

Hotel was not renovated. We had a corner 2 bedroom suite 6P. The pictures were misleading and the whole place is in need of renovation. The staff was friendly and the location to the beach was great. The other problem is their tight parking especially with big SUV's. The exit ramp is very tight and you have to watch out so you don't scrape your wheels as the exit is in a right turn.

Great use rooms and easy check-in/out. Was disappointed by the cleanliness- carpet’s dirty, baseboards caked in dust and found dead bugs on the floor. It was great having 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony view of the bay was lovely.

Amazing hotel, beautiful and clean room. Also, it was huge. But the real thing was the view. The ocean was right in front of us. Staff speak English but prefer Spanish, which is not a big deal. We had a perfect vacation at this hotel!

Nice experience. Family Friendly. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful Balcony Views. Also a free trolly passes in front of the hotel that will take you down to S. Miami for shopping & dinning.

In a great area, located by a lot of the water activities right off of collins Ave. The room was clean, view was nice. But the police came to the hotel like 3 times that night, not sure for what. Overall a great time was had.
