Approximately 662 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space makes the residence ideal for couples, wellness travelers, business stays, or extended Miami Beach getaways.

The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the living room offers a full-size sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations.

The open-concept living area flows into a well-appointed kitchenette with a Miele cooktop for light meal preparation, a dishwasher, and a European-style combination washer and dryer, offering flexibility and comfort across both short and long stays.

Modern conveniences include smart TVs, cable programming, and high-speed wireless internet, allowing guests to stay connected while enjoying an unhurried beachfront lifestyle. The bathroom is stocked with premium toiletries and essential amenities for a seamless arrival.

Guests have the option to enhance their stay with access to the world-class wellness amenities at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort. When arranged in advance, optional wellness access includes the state-of-the-art fitness center, luxurious spa facilities, daily wellness and fitness classes, four oceanfront pools, beach chairs, and towel service. THE SPACE:

• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.

GUEST ACCESS:
• Every reservation made within 10 days prior to check-in, will NOT benefit from the resort amenities. Guests have the option of buying a day pass from the hotel for person. Prices are typically $179 on weekdays, and $199 on weekends but are subject to the hotel’s discretion.

• The following amenities are paid and optional at a rate of $87.85 per person per day plus $60 per day administrative fee. A registration form needs to be filled out and returned 10 days prior to arrival. This is charged directly by the hotel to the card provided in the form.

While the initial impression may suggest an increased expenditure for your stay, the actuality is a prudent financial decision. Our nightly rate stands notably lower than that of the hotel, ensuring tangible savings. GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• You will receive two keys at check-in. A fee of $50 + Tax per key will be charged for any keys not returned at check-out.
• Valet parking is available at $20 for the day and $40 per night.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 plus fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $225 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
