Great place for solo traveler

I was traveling alone and felt very safe at Julian’s place. It was clean and neat with the ideal amenities for someone passing through. I appreciated the ceiling fans with remotes for different settings.

Well located, nice for a couple

We went for our grandson bday. It is convenient located, you have restaurants and Malls nearby and also mot so far from.the highway. It is located in a nice quite neighborhood. The hosts are very nice, kind and they answer very fast. Is my third stay and we will continue staying there every time we go to Miami.

"Technicaĺly" two bedrooms

This might be good for a couple with one or two small children, but it is not suitable for three or more adults. There's a small folding table to eat on but that's about it. We were three adults (my wife & me plus my 88 y/o dad), so we were quite cramped. Fortunately we are a close family!Otherwise, the place was clean, the hosts were responsive, and the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet.

Excellent locarion

It is very well located, near malls and shopping centers. For us suits very well because our relatives live not so far away. The owners are excellent and communicate very fast.

More affordable than others

It was a nice area to stay in. Close to multiple parks and food. Hosts were nice and responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

Well located apartment

It is very well located, minutes from good restaurants, mall, not so far from the highway and a quiet and nice neighborhood. Very well kept and clean. We definitely would go back.

Overall good!

It wasn’t disclosed that this was an apartment inside of someone’s home. This apartment connects to this family’s house, we walked out to leave and a family member was watching us from the window as well as we could hear their baby crying. Overall the place was good for the day and a half we needed it for. It’s in a very safe location and we had no issues. We did ask the host to lower the air considering it was very warm inside and got told we were in Miami…If you have a bigger family I would not recommend due to how small it is. But for 2-3 people it worked out well. I would say it was alright!

Quaint at a great location

The property was clean and in a great location. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We were able to get to everything within 15-20 minutes. I had tk change dates due to flight issues and hosts were easy to contact and willing to help adjust. I would definitely stay again.

The place was cozy clean and the host was accommodating. It's a great neighborhood and everything in listing describes home. I was in town for wedding and anytime I'm in the area this will be my spot ❤️

Miami area vacation

This apartment was a nice clean unit in a good neighborhood with great hosts. It is not a 2 bedroom like advertised though. It is a 1 bedroom with a futon in the living room area. If you understand this is a one bedroom and that is what you need this is the perfect place to stay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

My sister and I stayed for a weekend trip and our stay was a comfortable and perfect stay! We had a lot of privacy, space to relax and will definitely be staying at Julien's place in the future.
