It has 3 balconies with panoramic ocean and channel views. You can also see downtown Miami from one of the balconies. It is three blocks away from the exclusive Bal Harbour Shops, and 15 minutes from South Beach. Square footage 1650. The Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour Hotel charges $65/day per unit to have access to all the amenities this 5 star hotel has to offer. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Valet parking is $55/day.
