We were unaware that the room we got was not part of the regularly staffed Casablanca, so the room was a lot less desirable than what the pictures were showing. 1/4 roll of toilet paper, the tub needed renovated, no canopies provided by the hotel, tough to communicate with owner. However, the hotel desk was okay and the valet employees were amazing. The pool was easy to access and the beach front was great. So location good staff great, water great, room itself not the best. Would not stay there again.

Place is not ready to accept any guests. Location is great. But apartment inside is very old. Very noisy. Tried to change room to any different location. Host was trying to help but not successful. I was so disappointed the fiest moment i stepped into a room. Showers have been cleaned, byt once you start showering, water dows not drain and worms start to come out from everywhere.. Yes. I am not kidding.

Beyond security, the condo’s location was incredibly convenient. It was close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether I needed groceries or wanted to explore the city, everything was within reach. Overall, my stay was safe, comfortable, and hassle-free. If you’re considering a condo, I highly recommend this complex. 🌟

I loved the oceanfront view from my room and the size of the window and sliding glass door. Everything in my room functioned as it should execpt there was a very strong mold smell and obvious mold growth on the walls and around the air conditioning vent. I was also misled about the hotel having a functioning restaurant, bar and front desk as well. This hotel has individually owned rooms and there is no hotel management or staff.

There were no garbage bags, not enough toilet paper, one small shampoo for four people, and only tree beach towels, black mold next to the a/c . The hotel itself has no pool umbrellas, no beach towels. And horrible horrible internet!!!!!! Can’t put tv for kids in a rainy day. Just one thing we are really enjoying it’s a beautiful ocean view!

The room was clean but needs to be updated badly. The stove didn't work good. The light in kitchen sparked and blew the breaker maintenance guy came up there but didn't do anything. Where the filter in the ceiling leaked water. We told maintenance guy he did nothing. The room smelled badly. The only nice thing about the room was the view. Room 501

I had no problem in the room that I stayed in. But I did hear people complaining about other rooms you just got to risk it i guess. Other than that the pool n beach was right there. walkable to restaurants n shops. I had a wonderful vacation 🏝🌊🌞❤️
