This is a very old hotel that we stayed at because we were under mandatory evacuation orders for Hurricane Milton. We stayed there because they allowed pets. Definitely not a place I’d go back to. No parking or elevator. Management ok y concerned with making money.

Walking distance to the ocean. Close to restaurants and bars. Bathroom was dirty water wouldn’t drain. Bad water pressure in the shower. Place smelled and welcoming and so did the rooms. Very smart TV. No complementary coffee. Very dirty and messy outside trashy

We stayed for 5 days, we had to change our garbages each day, we had to exchange our towels, no clean bedding, no broom to sweep floor, no furniture in the room. The elevator did not work. No storage for luggage. Staff not friendly. Upside-there is a fridge in the room and a hair dryer in the closet. This is called the Parisian Hotel when you arrive, not Ocean Suites.

Booked under the name “Ocean Beach Suites” upon arrival found out it was a split property between the names “Parisian” and “Geneva” each their own building. We were sent to the latter. It had no from desk staff so anything you needed, you had to walk next door. Housekeeping and towels were only provided if asked. We attempted to call down to front desk with the room phone but found the line to be cut behind the side table. We advised the front desk staff, to which he laughed and stated “yah, those are just for show”. On top of this, the rooms safe was permanently locked and the blow dryer, which was very dated did not work. Luckily a friendly maintenance man working across the hall took time out of renovating to find us a working replacement. Inside the room there was only a bed to sit on with one side table. No table or chairs. And definitely no ocean view, unlike the photos depict on Expedia. The plus side to all this, it’s within walking distance to the beach and to many lovely restaurants.

when we first arrived they couldn't find our reservation which was annoying because I called the hotel before booking thru the site. the room was clean for the most part but the shower wasnt working at all and I wasnt gonna take a bath with the "mid" conditions of the room . but hey you get what you pay for !!!!

The location of the hotel is great! Close to beach and restaurants! It’s simple and plain and the staff are helpful! Unfortunately it’s quite loud at night seeing it was spring break!

Website says parking available , so booked, but at the time of check in they say no parking and suggested me to use private parking which cost me $120 for 1 night. Hotel room cost is $180. All public parkings are closed by City. Pillows are ditry, too noisy, no dining, inconvenient because we got 3rd floor room and lift was not working.
