It is located in the heart of Downtown, walking distance from Brickell City Center, American Airlines Arena, Miami-Dade College. Perfect for a couple or family. The Club is located only 4 miles from the Port of Miami, 7.5 miles from the Miami International Airport, and 28 miles from the Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The bay and city views are simply breathtaking. It is a tropical oasis of waterfront elegance.

There is also an air mattress available if needed in the living room. The master bedroom features stunning panoramic water views. The bathroom has a tb, modern large shower and a large walk in closet. You will feel at home and remain in tranquility with the stunning views. The building has a great location.

Great location, no communication

1 bedroom Condo was clean, minimally but acceptably furnished and equipped. Good: comfortable king bed in bedroom and Murphy bed in living room. Clean towels, instant coffee, nice kitchen, new washer dryer. Bad: electric tea kettle didn't work, unable to get TV to reduce any signal, 3rd bed advertised is an inflatable mattress, bottom brace of Murphy bed broken (but bed still folded down properly), and host did not acknowledge any of my questions (but did ask for a 5 star review). The host name on VRBO was not the same name as the person requesting payment, and the email directing me to fill out credit card authorization had no reference to VRBO, Miami, the host's name--nothing to indicate who the person was or why he was asking for money. A better-priced place then most other options; keep expectations low and you won't be disappointed.
