Towels, linens, and kitchen cooking equipment are all provided.
THE SPACE: The apartment also comes with a self parking space - valet car if you desire but self parking is permitted with this residence. Avoid the lines and wait of valet parking :)
LA PERLA: La Perla offers a gym, heated pool, business center, & game room. Rate includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, beach service which includes chairs, towels, and umbrellas.
La Perla is located directly in front of a public fishing pier that features a restaurant. You can order food and drinks to the beach. Fishing poles are available for rent as well. Jet ski rentals are very close along the beach as well.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Everything you need is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways.
The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away.
ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF VRBO:
APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.
VALET PARKING CHARGES ONE TIME FEE: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This ONE TIME fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.
GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS ONE TIME FEE - Guests will register with the office at arrival and receive guest ID's. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla's office. Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, and also beach services.
TOWEL CARDS - There are a maximum of 4 towel cards per unit and 1 bedroom units only have 2 towel cards. If lost, the cost to replace is $75. Please leave all of them in the unit when you depart or we will need to charge for each car missing.
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
LA PERLA CONSTRUCTION - PLEASE READ - Balcony closed on this unit from August to November. View still open but the balcony is not accessible.
La Perla is currently working on the exterior renovation of balconies and stucco. Also they will be painting the building during this process. Intermittent noise will occur during working hours Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 4:30pm.
The pool will be closed from June to December.
All Tenant Evaluation fees are non-refundable in the event you cancel your reservation. Owner and broker are not responsible to reimburse.
