Nestled in a prime Miami Beach location, this ocean view condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and tranquility, providing an exceptional escape from the demands of everyday life. Whether you`re planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a retreat with friends, this condo promises to create lasting memories that will stay with you long after your stay.

Our unit offers an excellent choice for guests seeking spacious, well-appointed accommodations with a wealth of amenities and a prime beachfront location. The property features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and serving utensils, as well as a large, open living and dining area. Guests can also enjoy a private balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean and city skyline. Additionally, Wi-Fi and cable TV are included for your convenience.

The master bedroom offers 2 queen size beds. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen size beds as well. We can also accommodate 2 rollaway beds in the unit.

Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival.
A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.


Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old, applies to groups of young travelers.

Paid washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

Complimentary:
- 2 beach chairs and beach towels at the beach.
- 2 bicycles per day.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).

Valet parking is paid upon arrival on the premises:

Great views of the ocean from the balcony. Very comfortable beds/linens. Perfect for 4 people! A little too far from night life as you had to Uber to everywhere, but we knew that going in. Wanted to have a quite hotel stay.
