This home features state of the art kitchen appliances both inside and out. Viking custom fridge (to match kitchen cabinets) an outdoor kitchen decked out with mini fridge and gas grill, perfect for entertaining. 5 bedrooms include both an expansive master and junior master upstairs; downstairs are 3 bedrooms as well as a movie theater that doubles as an additional sleeping space with adjacent full bathroom. An electric and eceletic game room contains both pool and foosball tables as well as a flatscreen tv to catch all the games. Sonos speakers, LED mood lighting and custom artwork fill the entire property offering an unmatched entertaining experience.

Guest has access to all of the house, yard and tiki hut with the exception of the tree house, garage and storage-shed.

Any gathering in excess of 20 guests needs to be approved in writing and carries an additional charge of $50-$100 per person per day as well as additional staff for cleaning, security and parking.
Outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable volume from 11pm - 8am.

All Events require permission in writing and carry an additional charge over the amount of agreed on guests. Any filming also requires a permit from the city as well as permission from the host.

Guests must provide photo ID upon check-in. Guest that books must be the one checking in.

No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from security deposit.

Cars must drive slow and cautious in the neighborhood. Absolutely no revving the engine and speeding down the street.

No outside music/DJ equipment unless with prior written approval. Breaking of any of these rules can be grounds for removal from the property without refund. This is a quiet family neighborhood and please act accordingly.

If any changes are made to the booking within 14 days of the originally scheduled arrival date, the host reserves the right to deem the changes as a cancellation and re-booking, in which event certain penalties may apply as provided herein. All requests for changes or amendments must be in writing. Should the selected Property not be available because of reasons outside of host control, the host reserves the right to relocate the Guest to a Property of equal or better quality (in the host`s sole determination) in the same destination. The Guest agrees to the right of the host to relocate the Guest in such event.
