The Space:

Welcome to what we host at 501 First Residences, a brand-new luxury condominium in the heart of Downtown Miami at Miami Worldcenter. This unit features floor-to-ceiling windows with views, a modern European-style kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi included at no extra charge.

IMPORTANT AMENITY NOTES:



- The pool has no lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk

- Children under 12 at the pool must be supervised by an adult 21+

- Children under 16 are not permitted in the fitness center; ages 16–18 must be accompanied by an adult 21+

- No glass containers, outside food or coolers, alcohol, or speakers at the pool area

- Personal speakers are not permitted in the gym — headphones required

- Proper athletic attire and closed-toe shoes required in the fitness center

- Cover-ups and shoes must be worn in all indoor and common areas

- The building is 100% smoke-free — units, balconies, and all common areas

- All guests must check in at the Front Desk with valid government ID matching the reservation

- Amenities may occasionally close for maintenance, inspections, or private events

SCOOTERS & BIKES: Electric scooters (Lime, Bird) and bike-share stations are available throughout Downtown Miami. Note: scooters and bikes are not permitted in the building's main lobby or residential elevators — the service elevator must be used.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in is at the Front Desk with valid government photo ID matching the reservation name. All guests must be registered in advance.



• Your unit door PIN code is provided by us before arrival — Front Desk staff cannot issue or look up PIN codes.



• PIN codes and key fobs may not be shared. The building monitors access and shared credentials may result in loss of access.



• The key fob for common areas is inside the unit. Please leave it in the unit at checkout — a $100 replacement fee applies if missing.



• 100% smoke-free property, including vaping, in units, on balconies, and in all common areas. Violating this rule may result in severe fines. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy to ensure a safe and clean environment for everyone.



• Balconies: no items may be hung from railings, no open flames, and nothing may be thrown or swept over the ledge.



• Building access uses facial recognition and monitored entry systems for security.



• Third-party guests are not eligible for lockout assistance from the Front Desk — contact us directly and we'll coordinate access.



• Packages: the Luxer One locker system and USPS mailboxes are not available to short-term guests. Front Desk staff cannot accept packages.



• Trash: no cardboard or bulky items in the trash chute; break down boxes and take them to the loading dock recycling bin.



• First-Day Essentials Upon arrival, your apartment will be stocked with basic supplies to ensure a smooth and comfortable start to your stay.
