We had a lovely stay, and the communication process with the owner was easy and seamless. Thank you! The unit was exactly as expected and a perfect amount of space for all of us, including three teen boys. It really helped to have two bathrooms and a washing machine/dryer. Not every unit has these features. We're big balcony people so it was nice seeing the ocean on the left, Tressor pool in the middle and the intercoastal to the right. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Two things worth mentioning that have NOTHING to do with the owner. This is our second time staying at the Fountainbleau. Each time at least two of the four elevators are down. Waiting to catch an elevator is a nightmare. They finally opened up the service elevator for guests but it was a PITA and the garbage smelled. We had to use the stairs several times. Second, you pay a lot for the cleaning service and they are not great. They do the minimum. They left a shot glass out that we had to toss on arrival. They should have cleaned the armchair in the bedroom, wiped the back of the bathroom door, and cleaned the floor. It rained one day so the spa passes were nice to have. All that said, we would stay again.
