- Size & Layout: This 1,070 sq. ft. suite features a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen pull out couch and comforter in the living area. You may order an additional two single beds to be brought to you by the hotel for $60/night.

- Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms are available, with the master bathroom boasting a rejuvenating Jacuzzi tub. For your convenience, a separate washer and dryer are included, with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets provided.

- Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator and freezer. Cookware and utensils are provided, allowing you to prepare and enjoy meals just like at home. A minibar stocked by the hotel is also available (items at an additional cost).

The mid beach neighborhood is central to everything. You are 15 minutes from Bal Harbour to the north, 15 minutes from south beach, and 15 minutes from Wynwood. Of course, with 5 restaurants, a spa and a beach with a boardwalk you may never have to leave the property!

There is valet parking for $75 per day, there is a public lot just north, right next to Eden Roc for $20 per day, and I can reimburse you for the stay!

***PLEASE NOTE*** The only hotel charge not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout. There are 3 cleaning options charged by the hotel.

1. Everyday cleaning $70 plus tax per cleaning
2. Every other day cleaning $70 plus tax per cleaning (for 3 nights plus)
3. Check out cleaning fee- $175 plus tax (one time fee- no service provided- recommended for longer stays of a week or longer), this will be the only option because of covid protocols.

At check in, guests must authorize a credit card for housekeeping and resort incidentals. The hotel will place a $150 hold per night per room on your credit card. This will be refunded back to your card upon checking out. This is a separate cost from the room, i.e. room service, drinks at the pool, etc.

Please note that there is no included parking, you can valet with the hotel but that will be a separate charge that the hotel will charge you at check out.
Hotel will take $100 Pet Fee for whole stay.
