This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are a little dated but still warm and inviting. The other spaces throughout the hotel more than compensate for the dated rooms. There are shops and boutiques attached to the hotel, and it seems that they always have some type of event going on when I visit. I would definitely stay again.

Room was in excellent condition, staff was friendly. Only issue was they didnt bring extra towels or take trash out. Went down and asked and they took care of it.

The lobby was nice and the room was clean. The halls were scary with cracks on the wall, stains, and old carpet. The knobs on the doors appear extremely old. The elevator was dark and old. It was good for a quick stay but definitely outside of the room was a bit scary.

The room was in good condition.the staff was very courteous but I was not able to watch tv in my whole stay at the hotel due to internet issues.

The first room had a leaky shower. The second room had shells of bed bugs on the sheets. The telephone in the room always goes to voicemail. Checking in and out was easy and staff was friendly.
