Welcome to our cozy apartment located in the heart of Miami, within walking distance to trendy Wynwood and Design Districts. Perfectly situated near cool bars, galleries, boutiques, clubs, and amazing restaurants, this apartment is an ideal spot for art enthusiasts and creative souls. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 3 guests (4 if needed), this first-floor unit is also great for work and creative projects.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which features a fully stocked kitchen, including an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and more. The bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and linens, as well as a bathtub shower for your comfort. Guests can also take advantage of free parking on-site and street parking nearby.

We kindly ask that guests inquire before booking to ensure all information is accurate and to answer any questions. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note that smoking, pets, parties, and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and each of these violations incurs a fine of $250.

Check-in is available after 4:00 pm, with check-out before 10:00 am. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to occupancy. To ensure a comfortable stay, we require that the correct number of guests be registered in the reservation, as unregistered guests will not be allowed to stay. Additionally, extra fees may apply for more guests. Finally, please note that a cleaning fee applies for each stay, covering both an initial cleaning and a final cleaning upon departure.
