Ac did not work we stayed there for two nights and the ac didn’t work the first night the apartment was at 75 all night. After emailing the host they sent someone to fix the ac that still did not get down to temperature and stayed at 71 degrees the price was alright for the area and what it was but realistically was worth a lot less.

We had great stay!The condo is spacious and at a great location!We were able to watch the sunrise ans was steps away from the beach. ThecTiki bar is convenient with snacks and drinks.The condo furniture, kitchen appliances and cookware needs replacing. I am told these are in queue for updating.

Beautiful views; location amazing having a huge heated pool so close to the beach! Love that it sleeps so many (although extra beds just okay). Upstairs shower controls are broken. Great kitchen; wish it had more than one dish towel and that the ice maker worked. Missing a light fixture in living room, but loved the space! So grateful to have stayed at this condo; overall really great!

This Condo has amazing view of the ocean. Very spacious. Remote for cable box missing in down stairs room. Fan and fire detector missing in living room area. No ventilation or windowa in bathrooms. Outdated but large space for the money.

Nice place

Overall, a nice place. A little dated but clean and convenient, especially the very short walk to the beach. Good location, friendly valet service. Enjoyed our time here. Recommend!

The unit was very run down and aged. In dire need of improvements for the money I paid. The showers were barely functional. The common areas in the building were not up to standard for the price. Carpet was worn and ragged and full of dirt. This place used to be nice, 20 years ago. The only saving grace was the pool, poolsideTiki cafe and responsive hosts. Valets were overwhelmed and we spent a lot of time waiting to park or pickup, they did the best they could.

Great spot for an even better price!

We had an awesome stay for my bachelor party! Easy access to the beach and pool, along with convenient location for boat rentals (right across the street), Citi bike rental (2 blocks away) and right in front of the free trolley. Comfy stay for anyone looking for a classic Miami trip!

Comfortable, stylish place

This is a great, spacious apartment that gets lots of natural light. The parking is very easy, the pool is excellent and the balcony makes it one of the better properties in this complex.
