Studio on the fifth floor with beautiful view to the Bay. All equipped for a maximum of 4 people. This studio has two queen beds, a bathroom and kitchenette (NOT full kitchen). The reservation includes final cleaning, taxes, pool,cable and basic internet and free parking for 1 car through the valet parking system.

Studio en el Quinto piso con Hermosa vista a la Bahia. Todo equipado para un maximo de 4 personas. Este Studio cuenta con dos camas queen, un bano y kitchenette (NO cocina complete). La reservacion incluye limpieza final, taxes, piscina, cable y internet basico y estacionamiento gratis para 1 auto a traves del Sistema de valet parking.

The room was as listed, pool was heated & nice, great location right on the beach, great rate for the location, valet service is always busy & makes check-in slow, valet employees worked hard just overwhelmed with the number of vehicles it's a bottleneck issue, the bank of elevators is kinda of slow too, We ate breakfast at the restaurant once it was overpriced & my daughter ordered waffles & they looked exactly like eggo-waffles just heated up. The property is a bit dated & I asked the concierge desk a question about the local trolley & he informed me he was there to sale tours & didn't work for the city who operated the trolley, the front desk check-in personnel were polite & helpful. I would stay here again.

No issues with host when I had questions. They were answered promptly. The beds were clean. When it got to the bathroom and kitchen it was unacceptably dirty. The vent was thick of black dust. Shower curtain is very old and has a nasty water ring on it. Toilet seats are cheap and can be replaced however this one is so old it has two rubbed down marks on both sides that looks like it’s been that way for 30 years. The back of the toilet was orange and gross. We killed four cockroaches. Two adults and two babies. Check in was fine. It was weird that you had to give your ID to the desk just to use the luggage cart. We appreciated the free valet parking. Our dogs felt comfortable at night which was the important part. Pretty quiet. Overall considering we both work in property management, we both think the price for the shape of the property is not in alignment. There is history of this building so it’s very surprising that it’s not kept up better. I took photos in case the host wasn’t local and had no idea it was in this condition. The bedroom photo looks like the picture. Everything else, not really but that’s to be expected because a lot of times photos don’t match a run down property.

It was clean and great location being able to walk right out to the beach. Beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby. It could use a fresh coat of paint and updating, but all in all a nice place with a great price point.
