The room was so clean and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, we made a last minute booking and they let us come in early and stay a little later (leaving bags at the desk to wait for a flight, etc.). Everything is new and updated, and the location is great. Near the party spots on Ocean drive, but quiet and out of the way. Near the beach and they offer towels and chairs for free! Would happily stay here again :)

Great location actoss the street from the beach. Greeter was friendly. Room was clean. A/C was sluggish and we were awakened at 6am by blaring music.

The hotel was very accomodating for myself and my team. We had a lot of equipment and luggage to hold ahead of check-in, and they gratiously ticketed and looked over it while my team and I had lunch. Also, there was opportunity for early check-in that allowed for us to quick and timely settling in without issues. The lobby area was large and allowed for my team and our models to meet us in a central location to head out for our productions. It was very convenient. We look forward in staying with Casa Ocean again!

I honestly regret staying at Casa Ocean. The walls are so paper-thin you can literally hear EVERYTHING — conversations, TVs, doors closing, people walking around. There’s absolutely no privacy or peace. If you’re hoping to relax, forget it. To make it worse, there’s no proper heat in the rooms for when it gets cold. I was uncomfortable the entire time. For the price they charge, that’s completely unacceptable. The rooms themselves are shockingly small — cramped, tight, and nothing like what you’d expect from the photos. You can barely move around once your luggage is inside. And the staff? Extremely rude and dismissive. Any concerns were brushed off like they didn’t matter. No effort to make guests feel welcome or comfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy noise, tiny spaces, and poor service. I honestly think the 8.8 is from bots when we got in our room there were ear plus on both extremely small nightstands. We didn’t understand what they were there for at first thought maybe somebody left them in the room but no it’s for the paper thin walls.

I’m honestly beyond disappointed with my stay at Casa Ocean. From the moment we walked in, it was one issue after another. The walls are unbelievably thin — you can hear full conversations, TVs, doors slamming, footsteps, everything. It felt like we were sharing our room with total strangers. There was zero privacy and absolutely no chance of getting a peaceful night’s sleep. There’s also no proper heat in the rooms for when it gets cold, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Not being able to control the temperature is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for a hotel expecting basic comfort. The room itself was extremely small — once our luggage was inside, there was barely space to move. It felt cramped and nothing like what was advertised. What really pushed this experience over the edge, though, was the cleanliness. The room was dirty when we arrived. There were pubic hairs in the bathroom and toothpaste still left in the sink. It clearly had not been properly cleaned before we checked in, which is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. Any concerns we brought up were brushed off like they didn’t matter. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were inconveniencing them. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment from start to finish. Between the noise, lack of heat, tiny dirty room, and terrible customer service, I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

I took the cheapest and smallest room they had. Small footprint. Not a lot of space if you have more than 1 suitcase. It was a bit noisy being right by the staircase. Ear plugs were provided. On the positive side, very easy access to the beach and we felt safe outside at night. Nice coffee shop next door. Hotel staff was also friendly.

Amazing hotel. The only complaint was that the room wasn’t cleaned when we got to it. Once the staff was notified they bent over backwards to fix the issue. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel and room were very clean and had all I needed. Nice choice for a small, inexpensive room. However, the room was so small that the steam from the iron caused the smoke alarm to sound. Other than that, good stay for an all digital hotel with no frills.

New boutique hotel but not cleaned, found several hair strands on the bed. The walls are paper thin, we could hear everything but they did provide ear plugs, lol. Good location though, quiet area but just one block from dining area.
