Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building (Esteban’s Place Kiosk) using a photo of the private beach pass poster ( poster located in unit ) provided with your stay.

Lobby door ( glass doors ) and side exit doors from stairwell of condo building leading to pool backyard and beach unlock with the same key.
This key is obtained from the lockbox located outside the building.

We do have a place ( In the same condo building ) to store your bags and personal belongings before check in and after check out if there is a need.

South of 5th on Ocean Drive in South Beach is one of the best areas in Miami.
