Apartment 1 block from the beach

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 3rd floor apartment, one block from the beach which accommodates up to 4 guests. The apartment offers high-speed wi-fi and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, iron, ironing board & other essentials including beach towels, cool box and beach chairs. A laundry room is available in the building. Décor is modern and the apartment is freshly refurbished to an excellent degree and located in a safe and secure building. There is a smart lock for guest convenience.
The building also has an elevator. Please note that the elevator and laundry room are owned and operated by the building and not by me, so any issues will be down to the building staff and out of my control.

SUPER DUPER STAY

Can’t not say enough good things about our host Jonathan and this property. Super easy check in/out with lots of helpful hints regarding parking and things to do in the area. Speaking of things to do..a bulk of them are literally right across the street and they are all fantastic! Had such a great time I wish we had come back here instead of moving on to Wynwood.

Great location, accessible to everything!

We had a great time and the location was ideal. We were a block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and the grocery store. There was even a Walgreen's right beside us. The kitchen was appropriately stocked with dishes, condiments and even tupperware containers and aluminum foil. There were beach chairs, umbrellla and even a cooler. The host thought through everything.

Property was as listed, great location off the beach. One block and you're there! Several places to eat right outside the door and blocks in either direction. On FREE Trolley line that takes you down to 17th Street, minutes from South Beach. Easy to get around and explore. Felt safe, Building has locked door to get in. Owner was prompt with responses and all went smooth to get in. No issues. Pullout could use new mattress was the only suggestion.

Great location, Bright and Quiet

We are not big condo/apt type people - but this place was perfect for a short 3 night stay. It was clean and with bright sun filled rooms and blinds if you wanted it to be darker. Located on busy A1A North bound one way traffic - but once in the apt it was super quiet and couldn't hear any road noise. Only a 1 block walk to beach and restaurants, cafe's and Citibike racks ($10./2 hrs) for great riding and walking on the Atlantic Way pathway. Parking was relatively easy and free on Harding Ave just a block to the West.
