We own and manage every aspect of this beachfront, pooled, property for the past 30 years now. We offer an amazing beach/pool experience with very competitive rates including our loyal seasonal guests. Short term & long term stays ate also available, please ask Jose. We welcome and encourage you to read our more than 130 reviews and compare them to the rest. Our "Premier " status is not given to us, we've earned it. You aren't ever going to read. "You get what you pay for!" or "Dirty" on any of our reviews, in fact, just the opposite. That's why we are "Premier Hosts".

We will deliver a clean and Spacious Ocean Front Unit with a fantastic ocean view at an excellent rate. Snacks and water are provided with every booking.

Unit features 50" UHD SmarTV, FREE private wifi, Induction Cooking stove, Large Refrigerator, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dual Sink, Beach Cooler, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Blow Dryer, Iron and much more. Sit by the the beach shore or sit by the pool, we've got you covered.

We are licensed by the City of Miami Beach and the State of Florida. Our seasonal and return guests solidify our commitment to deliver the beach experience like no other. We are so very grateful for all of our guests and want them to enjoy all of what Miami Beach has to offer.

Early check-in & out policies:
Please request any early or late times in advance. Fees are a separate item and must be paid in advance.

We offer a 3pm check-in time, but if an earlier check-in is desired or needed and it is available, you may request one of the following check-in options:
Noon $95
1 pm $65
2pm $35

Check-in is at 3 pm, not 4 pm
Check-out at 11 a.m., not 10 am.

Check out time is at 11 am, but if you desire or need a later checkout time and it is available, you may request as follows:

Up to a 1pm checkout $95
After 1 p.m. , regular room rates would apply unless we do not have a guest check-in that day, in which case a check-out time of 3pm would apply for $130.00. The fees are basically to expedite the cleaning services because we can no longer guarantee our next guest a 3pm check-in time.

Unit also offers a spacious queen-size bed, small couch/love seat, writing desk w desk chair, and an extra large and secure walk-in closet for storing clothes, luggage, and/or any additional personal items The closet may be locked by the guest with the key. Complete and fully equipped kitchen with enough room for 6.

All linens are provided, including the beach towels, along with certain toiletry items as are dishware.
The new windows are very warm with a welcoming atmosphere emphasizing comfort and convenience in a beach environment. Nicely equipped to give a feeling of being on vacation with all of the luxuries you would expect from home.

Celebrate mom and daughter time

Parking is valet and they parked the car before we got our belongings out so we waited 10 minutes to get our belongings. The suite was wonderful. The beach and pool are steps away and not crowded at all.

The good stuff: ocean view from the room, ocean location—literally steps away and not crowded, pool was basic but nice, beach chairs and umbrella included, kitchen with fridge, induction burner, and ice chest. Lots of good hidden places to eat such as Lola Cafe and Hoshi Sushi (note service is included in the bill), and Trolley was convenient too. Cons: the most uncomfortable double size Murphy bed, ugly oversized and dated furniture making what could be a beautiful unit run downand not pleasant to be in, a malfunctioning light that flickered on and off all night, and mold in front of AC vent on ceiling, and loud noises from the hall. The building common areas are very run down and smell like they are using Febreeze to cover other odors. Would consider staying in the building again in spite of the cons but definitely not this unit having not slept well for days.

This is in a fantastic area in Miami. It is an old building. The door to the room did not have a functional locking knob. It was not a place I felt comfortable traveling alone.

Very clean with easy beach access

Absolutely as described in the listing. Perfect size for 2 people, the sofa is not a pull out and a bit small for someone to sleep on. I give high points for room cleanliness and amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, coolers, ice, etc.). I personally found the bed hard and pillows uncomfortable. I appreciated that I did not have to leave the property for anything. Cute tiki bar by the pool, which is where I ate. Easy coffee stop by the lobby before heading out for my morning beach walks. Easy beach access right behind the pool. Be sure to ask security for the gate code. The other thing no one tells you, on the elevator key pad 2 is the lobby level and 1 is the lower level. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again for a getaway.

Get what you pay for

The beach access was the best part of this place, it is literally on the beach and it was in Mid-Beach so the beach was not crowded. The place was okay and had a weird smell. I felt the owner was rude when I asked for more towels his response was pretty passive aggressive. His ad said everything was provided but they only gave 2 beach towels for 2 adults for 3 days and no washer/dryer. I had to pay $50 extra dollars for a late check out and an extra $50 he claimed we broke both of his clearly well used beach chairs when we could not properly fold one back together (there was no misuse of the chairs and only one would not fold together so I asked to only have to pay for one which he refused). I guess you pay for what you get.

Right on th h ed beach

The space was grest and just as listed in the ad. The benefit of the free valet was a definite plus two the space. The location was perfect for us as we could stay right at the condo and spend our mornings right on the beach. All of the beach supplies were in the condo such as chairs and umbrellas we were also just a 15-minute drive to South Beach where we spent most of our evenings. So the negatives. The valet did not give us a key there was no indication of what the code was to get in the gate from the beach. There was nothing said about doing laundry and having to get a laundry card. And sometimes the valet was backed up and it took 30 minutes to get the car. We updated the information book and added all of this information. One other thing was that the mattress was not very comfortable

Mediocre place, great host

The pictures of the unit are just as shown, however they are a little deceiving. This unit is not a beach walk out. It is on the 5th floor. There is no balcony and the view is okay due to the large concrete flat below. The building itself needs to go through a major renovation. It is very out dated and disappointing. The host is extremely friendly and very responsive. He was the saving grave to it all. Unfortunately, regardless of the friendliness of the host I wouldn't stay here again or recommend. Mainly due to the building being so outdated and run down. We had issues with our plumbing, but our host did his best to fix the situation. Unfortunately we were still left with an unusable toilet/shower. Location is great! But if I went back I would find a more updated unit at a different resort. Also, the pool is area is massive with virtually no lounge chairs. Absolutely no security. Overall we were pretty disappointed.

Property was really clean. It was convenient having a lot of amenities close by. Apartment was very basic, but had everything we needed, beach chairs, bag, and a cooler were a plus. View from the window was more of a roof than the beach. A full size trash can with trash bags would have been helpful since we have to remove our own trash.

Long Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay overall! The room was as advertised and perfect for a long birthday weekend getaway from the Midwest. While we could see the ocean, the biggest part of the view was the roof. The water pressure and hot water for showers were great though, so no complaints there. The microwave was quite small, making it difficult to even heat up leftover takeout.We did have an issue with a smoke detector in a neighboring room that chirped the whole time we were there, which was a bit annoying. On the positive side, everyone was very friendly! We also had some really good food at the on-site restaurant, though the service could definitely be improved. When it came time to pay, we were told they couldn't process any credit cards and were directed to an ATM for cash. This was frustrating after waiting 1.5 hours for service and having trouble even getting the bill to pay.Our biggest issue was with the valet service. While the process was smooth for dropping off the car, we experienced some long wait times (up to 40-50 minutes) when trying to access it throughout the day. This was our first visit to the area, so we didn’t realize this could be a common issue.On a positive note, the pool area was nice, and beach access was easy, with chairs, towels, and after-sun products provided in the room. Overall, it was a good stay, but some improvements in service and wait times would make it even better.

You can be on the beach in minutes! Room and the building sometimes show their age but everything was clean and working. No luxury (as expected) but overall nice accomodation.

Clean beautiful view

Very clean room. Right on the beach. We did have trouble with getting back in the gate from the beach so recommend checking with the desk to make sure the code is right. Couldn't ask for closer to the beach though. Jose was responsive when we had questions. Good experience.

This room was perfect for my solo vacation! Steps from the beach so you don’t have to go far before your toes are in the sand. They have chairs for you to use so you just pick it up and go! Would stay again.

Short Stay Get-a-way

Big enough for 2 people to enjoy a few days at the beach. No stove, just microwave and hot plate. Beware -Downstairs restaurant and bar charges 20% gratuity and a 6% resort fee on top of your bill. Otherwise great stay for a few days.
